Welcome to a new routine of CARDIO CON PALO.
Today I bring you a cardiovascular work so that you work ALL THE BODY in less than 30 minutes in a VERY FUN way.
At the rhythm of ROCKERAS SONGS with a lot of flow and using A STICK (it can be a broom), you will mobilize all muscle groups simultaneously through simple aerobic movements (with a lot of dance style) and strength exercises. You will work abdomen, legs, arms, shoulders, buttocks, twins ... EVERYTHING.
